2025 Annual General Meeting
Sunday 30th March 2025 at 2.30pm in the clubhouse
All BBSC members are invited to attend.
The business of the AGM is to elect Officers, the general committee and the Honorary Auditor. The annual accounts and the annual safety report will be presented and any other business on the agenda will be considered. The proposed fees for 2025-2026 will be presented and voted upon. The AGM business typically takes a little over an hour.
A buffet will be provided and the bar will be open
Motions or matters for consideration at this meeting must be submitted to the Hon Secretary by 23rd February. Any apologies can also be sent to the Hon Secretary. The agenda will be circulated 2 weeks before the AGM and any motions sent to Members beforehand.
The 2025 AGM agenda, 2024 AGM minutes (for approval), Safety Reports, General Committee nominations, proposed fees and proposed Motions will be posted on on this page when available.
Club racing will take place in the morning as normal on 30th March but there will be no afternoon racing that day.
