Could we ask all competitors, after finishing a race, not to sail back through the start/finish line at the end of a race. This can cause confusion on the Committee Boat and may impede other competitors still racing. The Race Committee reminds competitors of RRS 23.1.: “If reasonably possible, a boat not racing shall not interfere with a boat that is racing.” This also applies if the Committee Boat is moored near the clubhouse and you are making your way ashore after the last race of the day. Therefore, please congregate away from the finishing area wherever possible between and after races.
